Keurig single cup coffee makers use revolutionary technology that keeps getting better. It delivers exactly the right amount of water at the perfect temperature and with the correct pressure, extracting the best coffee flavor every time. Select your favorite gourmet coffee in a K-Cup container, place it in the machine, press a button and start brewing the perfect coffee with no mess to cleanup.
Rest assured that all of these popular models use the same brewing system. Since your coffee will taste great no matter which model you chose, he higher priced Keurig systems simply offer more features and convenience.
One of these Keurig single cup brewers will fit your needs and your budget. But which one? Here's all you need to choose the right Keurig for you.
Compact Size and Basic Features: Keurig Mini Brewer. The Keurig Mini Brewer is the smallest Keurig, with only the most basic features. It's the best choice for easy storage and smaller spaces, like vacation homes, cabins, college dorms, boats, RVs, and home office desktops. Even with its small size, the Keurig Mini Brewer is just as easy to use and brews an 8 ounce cup just like the regular brewers.
I like the mini brewer for making coffee right at my my home office desk. I can brew a terrific cup of coffee in about 3 minutes without any mess and it tastes great every time.
Entry Level for Your Kitchen: Keurig Elite Brewer. The Elite Brewing System is Keurig's gourmet home brewing made affordable. Available for around 0, the Keurig Elite is the lowest priced Keurig with a water reservoir. While the Mini Brewer is smaller and costs less, the Elite offers several conveniences you will enjoy. You can select two different cup sizes for brewing (8 ounce or 10 ounce), and it has a programmable Auto On/Off. Plus, the 48 oz. removable water reservoir lets you brew up to 8 cups of coffee before refilling. You will also like the removable drip tray that lets you fill a travel mug easily and makes cleaning easier.
The Elite is the right choice for putting a no frills, single serve Keurig coffee maker in your kitchen. Great coffee, but economy looks.
More Options and Better Looking: Special Edition Keurig Brewer. The Special Edition Brewing System offers additional conveniences and attractive styling for your kitchen. With all of the features of the Elite Brewer, it adds a third size for brewing (you can choose between 6, 8 and 10 oz cups). You'll like how this shines on your counter top, with its attractive chrome accents and blue, back lit LCD display.
I like the three brew size options, which go great with the 48 oz. removable water reservoir. As with all Keurigs, you get great coffee and easy cleanup.
The Most Options: Platinum Brewing System. You can step up to the Platinum Brewing System, which gives you the widest range of five different cup size options for brewing. The Platinum includes a complete list of convenient features, including Auto On/Off, Digital Clock, Adjustable Temperature Control and the "Set Your Favorite Cup Size" option.
The larger, 60 oz. removable water reservoir holds up to ten cups before refilling. You can use your favorite travel mug, too because of the removable drip tray. The looks can't be beat.
The Ultimate: Breville Coffee Maker. For the very best coffee maker using Keurig technology and K-Cups, consider the upscale Keurig-Breville coffee system. Offered through high-end small kitchen appliance manufacturer, Breville, this model has a polished stainless steel exterior, a 64 oz reservoir with a built-in water filtration system that I like. With all of the features of the Platinum and more, you can adjust coffee temperature and choose between four brew strength sizes. It includes a dishwasher safe, reusable My K-Cup filter so you can use your own ground coffee. The reusable filter even fits into storage built into the top of the Breville.
The Breville system costs more, but I do like the adjustable temperature and reusable filter features that this model gives you.
